Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

The only reason for a refund would be for illness or a change in circumstances meaning that you can no longer attend the workshop. Remember that if you still receive a copy of the recording made during the workshop, so you will miss very little.

The amount refunded depends on the time before the event that you cancel. As per the list below:

More than 48 hours before – full refund
Between 24 – 48 hours before – 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before – no refund

Refunds

Once we have received notification of your desire to cancel, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
