These are the terms and conditions for the domain www.docnashsciencetutor.co.uk. By using this website, purchasing resources from it and/or booking tuition you agree to these terms and conditions. Terms and Conditions may change from time to time.

1. COPYRIGHT

The copyright of all resources, branding and website graphics, except where otherwise stated, are the property of Jo Nash. In line with Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, 1988, Jo Nash must be identified as the author of this work. All rights are reserved by the author, Jo Nash.

You may not:

  • Share or reproduce purchased electronic resources.
  • Download, reproduce, transmit, use, or incorporate any of the Doc Nash Science Nash branding, photographs, website text, files, videos, or blog posts without the prior written consent of Jo Nash.

2. PURCHASES

Purchased electronic resources are for personal use only, the resource cannot be shared with anyone else in any capacity, including (but not limited to) printing or photocopying the resource, sharing the digital resource file, sharing a photograph of the resource that is of high enough quality for production.

You may not use or incorporate any of the original images, files, pictures, videos, text, or diagrams from the resources in your own original work or to publish, distribute, display, or pass off as your work.

You may not remove the Copyright logo (©docnashsciencetutor) from any Resource.

Photos of you using the resources may be shared on social media platforms and / or third-party websites if:

  • The above terms and conditions are met.
  • The photograph does not depict the resource in whole and / or compromise the security of the resource.
  • Any photos shared on social media must either have @docnash20 tagged or referenced in the caption.

3. DELIVERY OF RESOURCES

It is your responsibility to check that your device and internet connection are sufficient for you to download the resources successfully.

Resource files may be delivered as zipped files – these may require the use of a laptop or desktop computer to unzip to access the individual files within.

All products saved as PDFs are not to be edited and the file format is not be changed.

4. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

Refunds will not be given for any downloadable resources so please ensure it meets your needs before completing the purchase, for example by viewing free downloads or the associated YouTube videos first. It is advised that you submit any questions regarding the resource or otherwise via the contact form to submit your question.

I reserve the right to change product pricing at any time without notice.

5. PARENTAL/LEGAL GUARDIAN PERMISSION 

Any student/s under the age of 18 must have parental/legal guardian’s permission before signing up for tuition.

6. DISCLAIMER

The content on my website is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action based on the content on this website.

Although I make reasonable efforts to update the information on my website, I make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on my website is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

If a review containing spam, hateful comments, phishing, vulgar or obscene content accidentally passes through the approval process, please let us know using the contact form and it will be removed.

7. TUTORING

By signing up to tuition you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Any student/s under the age of 18 requesting a tuition service must have parental or a legal guardian’s permission to do so.

A student must not request that I complete coursework, essays, or other assignments for them.

Jo Nash is not responsible for any grade received by a student or any consequence that examination grades entails.

8. WORKSHOPS

By signing up to a workshop you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Any student/s under the age of 18 requesting to join a workshop must have parental or a legal guardian’s permission to do so.

Bullying will not be tolerated in group sessions and is likely to lead to the immediate removal of a student from the session.

The workshops require a minimum of 2 attendees. If this number is not reached, I will cancel the workshop with a full refund provided.

If you cannot attend a workshop for any reason, you will receive a refund , provided Jo Nash is informed at least 3 days before the booked workshop. If you inform Jo Nash after this, a refund is at her discretion.

If Jo Nash is unable to attend a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances the session will be rescheduled.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of the Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to my website. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions are located on this page. It is your responsibility to check my website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to my website following the posting of any changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.
